Campus Visit
We are excited to welcome you to Washington College! Campus visits consist of an information session with an Admissions Counselor, followed by a campus tour:
Morning Session (9:30-11:30 AM)
9:30 AM – Check in begins, Casey Academic Center
9:45 AM – Information Session
10:30 AM – Campus Tour
Afternoon Session (1:00-3:00 PM)
1:00 PM – Check in begins, Casey Academic Center
1:15 PM – Information Session
2:00 PM – Campus Tour
Each student will be allowed to bring 1 guest with them to attend the information session.
Should the information session not be at capacity, additional guests will then be permitted to attend.
All guests will be allowed to attend the campus tour.
In light of space capacity limits due to COVID-19,
each prospective student will need to register individually
to ensure they will be able to attend the visit.
Visits will be offered in a small group setting in accordance with state and local government guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19. By visiting Washington College, you agree to abide by the following:
Check in will begin 15 minutes prior to the start of your information session. No visitors will be allowed in the Casey Academic Center prior to this time.
All guests will have their temperature taken and will verbally complete a COVID screening questionnaire prior to entering the information session room:
Guests with a temperature above 100.4 degrees will not be permitted to visit and must leave the Casey Academic Center immediately
Guests who have had any of the following symptoms within the past 14 days will not be permitted to visit and must leave the Casey Academic Center immediately: fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea.
Guests who have traveled outside of the country in the past 30 days will not be permitted to visit and must leave the Casey Academic Center immediately
Masks/face coverings must be properly worn at all times.
Due to the limited number of spaces available for our daily visits, we ask that you inform us if your plans were to change, in order to provide an opportunity for other students wishing to visit.
